SAP guru's,
Recently DCC has been activated in my client test server.
The DCC implementation is planned to be completed this week.
Here are some of the open questions.
Client WM system is SU managed and TO's are One Step Confirmation Currently.
I am aware that SAP recommends to have the 2 Step confirmation for DCC usage, but i assume it is not mandatory for 2 step confirmation.
The DCC Customization is completed with "Immediate TO"" and "By Quant" indicator Flagged.
By Quant indicator creates the Physical inv with Inactive status, Upon completion of Counting with all TO's confirmed, The Physical inventory doc gets automatically activated for completing clearing.
Here is the issue.
Created PI document using LICC and Counted using LM58-System guided.
Lets assume the SU xyz has a stock of 2ea.
There is an open TO that exists for 2ea from the SU xyz to Destination SU abc.
User completes the Counting of SU xyz as 2ea and in-order to clear the PI, Later user confirms TO.
Upon TO confirmation, the SU no more exists in the Source.
The Physical inventory that was already counted for SU xyz will have a new status as partially counted and not able to activate the PI or clear the documents because the SU no more exists in Source to complete clearing the PI.
Please suggest if you have come across such situation ? Any pointers are appreciated.
