Tiles and Catalog not visible in SAP Fiori Launchpad.

Hi Expert,

     I am using s/4 hana on permise 1511 SP01. I create a fiori user in 300 client of my HANA system , which is working file when click on Launch Fiori launchpad. All apps working in 300 client .  But when i create a user in 400( testing )  client of same system with same role, sap fiori launchpad not showing any menu , tiles,  apps. It is just going to browser and nothing is showing, only fiori blank page visible. Please help & see attached screen.
